Submitting Fungal Specimen Data
Data should be transcribed from mycology cards into a spreadsheet template for bulk upload. Volunteers submitting data should fill out the Template Spreadsheet for Fungal Specimen Data to submit data for specimens. Save your spreadsheets here: TEAMS>BiodiversityCollections-Mycology/FieldCollections. Use the naming convention YYYYMMDD_FirstInitialLastName_ProjectName_Vouchers Once complete, contact the Scientific Data Manager for review and upload. Data will be uploaded to Mycoportal and in some cases the Research Database.
