Processing Tissue Samples
Tissue samples must be dried in silica gel for a minimum of 4 days. Samples may then be stored in a plastic bin, without silica, on the shelf in the hallway between the office and the herbarium. Once labels have been added, tissue samples will be placed in long term storage in the Biorepository cabinet in the lab.
